 Four Steps to Coaching

Step 1: Get Live Scanned.  This will cost you $25 but you will be reimbursed.  Just keep the receipt.  Click here for details.  After you complete this step, please send the completed form to so we can send in to CJSL to sync up with your registration.

Step 2:  Sign up here to register as a coach at Valley Oak. (You can do this prior to live scan)

Step 3:  Get your f-license(required but can be taken during the season.  It is online)  Another $25 fee, but we will reimburse you.  Just keep the receipt.

How to get your F-License

For your first visit,

Go to this website.

Click on Sign up.  Enter information and click sign up now (Not login).

You will go to a profile page.  You must enter your contact detail.  Enter as much or little information as you like on everything else.

Go to Courses on the top of the page.

Click on F Course on the bottom left.  Then click on proceed to registration on the right.

You will need to check a few boxes and click proceed to payment.  You will be reimbursed the $25 course fee.  Just keep the receipt and we will do a group reimbursement towards the second half of the season.

After you submit your payment information, you should receive an email with a receipt and confirmation of registration.


Now you can take the course.  It is 2 hours long and split into modules.  You can save your progress at any time if you can’t complete the course in one sitting.  Click on go to classroom.  On the next page, click on the assignment tab and there you will see the different modules.  Click on Open to the right when ready to start the first module.  Once you complete a module by watching the video and answering questions, you can move onto the next.
